ICM Pharma HYGIN-X ANTISEPTIC HANDRUB is a fast acting and rinseless antispetic alcoholic handrub containing Chlorhexidine and Alcohol that kills germs. It is a ready to use alcohol handrub for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection.
HYGIN-X ANTISEPTIC HANDRUB tested and passed the BS EN 1040 test method in killing bacteria, thus widely available in hospitals and medical clinics. Enriched with moisturisers, HYGIN-X keeps skin supple and is suitable for frequent use.
In vitro study using BS EN 1040:2005 “Chemical disinfection and antiseptics – Quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of basic bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants and antiseptics – Test method and requirements (Phase 1)”.
Hygienic Hand Disinfection: Rub HYGIN-X (about 3mL) to cover all surfaces of hands including finger tips for 60 seconds until hands feel dry.
Surgical Hand Disinfection: Rub HYGIN-X (about 5mL) into hands and forearms for 3 minutes.
Smartphones and Object Disinfection: Pour HYGIN-X (about 5mL) onto a microfibre cloth and rub on external surfaces of the object until dirt disappear. Take note not to over-pour solution to avoid damaging any electronics.
