Q. Are the prices listed accurate and are there any hidden fees?
A: The prices listed on our website are accurate and they do not include any hidden charges.
However do note that prevailing charges will apply for credit-card and delivery services.
Q. Are your phones locked to any network or telco company?
A: Phones sold in Singapore are to be factory unlocked, by the ruling of Information and Development Authority of Singapore.
Q. What is the difference between local (Singapore) and imported factory unlocked sets?
A: Local sets are phones that come directly from Singapore based mobile phones distributors. They come with a 1 year limited warranty coverage locally from their manufacturer.
Mobile phones generally do not come with international warranty unless otherwise stated.
Imported factory unlocked sets are phones imported from around the world and do not have any warranty coverage in Singapore.
These international units are imported to extend the range of mobile phones in store as it is not launched in Singapore, thus giving more options to our customers. Import sets are generally cheaper and thus suitable for overseas customers since Singapore handsets do not come with international warranty as well. (unless otherwise stated)

A: Yes, we do. International shipping options are available at the checkout option.

Q. Are the trade-in values listed accurate on your website?
A: We take much effort to update the trade-in prices as frequent as possible to make sure it is accurately reflected.
Trade-in prices listed are a rough approximate guide to the value of the phone.
There are many other variable factors that can affect the price such as physical condition of the phone, warranty coverage of the phone, and whether all the accessories are in working condition.
For a more detailed analysis feel free to contact us at our sales hotline or simply bring it down to our store for a more accurate valuation.
Q. Do you buy back brand new phones?
A: Yes we do buy back brand new phones, prices are listed in our Trade In Center. We will require proof of purchase (receipt/invoice upon point of purchase) for verification that it is brand new.
Q. Is there any difference in price if we just intend to sell the phone only?
A: Yes, trade-in prices quoted will be slightly higher than selling price. Normally ranges between S$10 - S$30.
Q. Do you accept defective phones?
A: No, we do not accept phones that are defective.
Q. What modes of payment do you accept?
A: For purchase from Singapore, the following methods of payment are available:
1) Cash over counter;
2) POSB/DBS bank transfer (contact us if you wish to opt for this method);
3) Credit Card - MasterCard, VISA with prevailing service charge.
For international purchases, we only accept Credit Card - MasterCard, VISA solution with prevailing service charge.
Q. Do you have ready stocks for phones listed on your website?
A: We try to hold most of the popular models in our retail store, however we would always advise our customers to contact us at our sales hotline to check for stocks availability or reservation to avoid any disappointment.
Q. What are ways to reserve an order with your store?
A: We would encourage consumers to contact us at our sales hotline, or alternatively drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details to reserve a set.
Q. Will accessories purchased such as screen protectors come with free application services?
A: We will provide free application services for screen protectors upon purchase at our store. However, for tempered glass protectors, while we try our best to apply it as spotless as possible, we are not able to guarantee any minor imperfections.
Q. Do you accept corporate orders?
A: Yes we do accept corporate orders. Simply drop us a mail at email@example.com for an official quotation.
Q. Do you accept credit card installment purchases?
A: No, we do not accept any installment packages.
Q. Is there a refund/exchange policy?
A: No, we do not provide any refund or 7 days exchange policy.
We will only provide a replacement set if the set is not working when under inspection by our customers.
We therefore encourage all consumers to test the phone thoroughly before leaving our store.
Should there be any faults after leaving the store, consumers will be advised to proceed to the local manufacturers service centre for technical support.
